We headed for the airport and boarded our plane.
We had to change planes but finally arrived in Detroit (thus adding a 49th state to my collection of state visits)
We went to collect our rental car and it started to pour rain. We loaded up and headed to the border.
We had arrived in Canada
Jennifer was invaluable in pointing out differences. For example, gas is sold by the litre rather than the gallon.
We spent the night in London, Ontario and could barely wait to continue our journey.
