Do you have nightly rituals? I do.
And the most important one involves this:
Every night I soak in my tub, with a book and I let Calgon take me away.
After I finish reading a chapter or two, I sit there and think. It's quiet and no one bothers me (unless Allie has her music turned up). It helps me wind down and gets my toes to just the right temperature. I have issues sleeping if I don't follow this ritual.
It's the little things!
I stocked up on Calgon a while back because it seems that every year there is a stretch when you just can't find it on the store shelves. I decided I would not panic this time around and plan ahead.
And it happened again this year. My stash has been growing smaller and smaller. (I even tried some other brand one week, but it's just not the same.)
The store shelves have been woefully bare. In fact, they haven't even reserved a spot for Calgon at all. That just isn't right!
So I figured it was time to start looking online to see if I could find a store around here that carries my bubbles. What I found was quite distressing to say the least. . .The maker of Calgon has filed for bankruptcy!
I'm not quite sure what is going to happen with my nightly ritual or if I will be able to sleep again. I'm still in shock. . . .
