It Kinda Ruined the Moment

My long time vacuum died in May.  I rushed to buy one before my elbow surgery so I would be able to keep my house a little bit clean.  But I HATED the vacuum.  I didn’t think it did a very good job at all.  It’s redeeming features were being lightweight and a really long cord.
So I hunted around and researched.  I didn’t want to get an uber expensive vacuum, but I did want something BETTER and in my price range.  And I came up with an answer.
I bought my shark.  My plan was to put it together, vacuum with my old vacuum and then go over with the new one.  However, putting the new one together didn’t go as planned. . .

One of the attachments was STUCK inside another one.  No matter what I tried, I could not get it loose.  (I didn’t want to tell Paul because he would MAKE them separate at any cost, including breaking something.)  So I had to go BACK to the store (since that it what I was told to do when I called the maker) and they couldn’t get it apart.  They ended up taking the attachments from the floor model to replace the offending parts.
So I went home and tested out the vacuums.  The new one is so much better than the older one.  Because Costco is so awesome with their return policy, I was able to return the older one!!!!
